Turnaround

Turnaround Model:
The SFAF TurnAround model gives schools intensive support and the tools that are necessary to connect staff, students, and community to reach one common goal: student achievement.  SFA TurnAround provides all of the training and materials usually provided with SFA, and additional support with issues of leadership, data-based decision making, change management, daily classroom instruction, and interventions.  We tailor TurnAround to the needs of each school, district, and state.  TurnAround may be implemented in a single school, or in a multi-school implementation, and requires a written commitment to the program by the district, the school, and the Success for All Foundation.

Sample Calendar for TurnAround:
For a school of 400-600 students.  Larger schools may include more support days, depending on the number of students and faculty.
